1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Shilling Terminal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute spam, malicious content, or engage in activities that violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (e.g., Reddit, X).

3. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. We accept payments via our designated Merchant of Record and Crypto.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Shilling Terminal be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
